摘要
科学有效的行政管理是为了给高校的教育教学和科研提供优质的服务和必要的保障。针对某学院管理人员轮岗的实例,总结轮岗的指导原则、措施安排等方面的经验,着重分析高校行政管理人员实行岗位轮换机制的利弊,探讨管理人员轮岗在促进高校管理工作全面科学发展中的作用。
The purpose of scientific and effective administration of the university is to provide the high quality service and the essential safeguard for the education teaching and the scientific research activities.According to the instance of post rotation of administrative personnel in a institute of the university,the paper summarized the guiding principles and organizational arrangements,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of post rotation of administrative personnel emphatically,and discussed the importance of post rotation of administrative personnel to improve the development of university management.
