摘要
南水北调中线穿黄隧洞衬砌为双层预应力结构,为了揭示其工作性态、应力变形规律,开展了穿黄隧洞衬砌1∶1仿真试验。为了验证试验成果,同步对其中无垫层试验段联合承载结构进行有限元计算分析。计算采用考虑接触的非线性有限元方法,模拟试验中管片拼装、分层填土、内衬预应力张拉以及内水压力施加的实际过程,对内外衬之间以及管片之间的接触与传力特性进行计算分析。通过与试验对比显示,无论是结构变形、应力,还是缝隙开度,两者规律一致,数值接近,验证了联合承载结构的受力特性及传力机理,其研究成果可供类似工程结构参考应用。
The lining of tunnel crossing Yellow River of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Division(MRP-SNWD) is a double-layer prestressed structure.We performed full-scaled simulation of the lining to discover its working situation and stress variation laws.In order to verify the experimental results,the combined load-bearing structure in non-cushion section is calculated and analyzed by finite element method.The nonlinear finite element method considering contact is adopted to simulate the assembling of the segments,layered soil-filing,tension of lining pre-stress and the loading process of internal water pressure,so the contact and force transmission characteristics between internal and external linings and among the segments are calculated and analyzed.The comparison with the experiment shows that the variation laws of structural deformation,stress and crack opening are consistent and the values are close,which verifies the loading characteristics and force transmission mechanism of combined load-bearing structure,providing a reference for similar projects.
