银杏叶制剂对沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血后海马DND的影响

摘要 实验在沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血模型上应用含有PAF受体拮抗剂的FGP,以观察其对沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血后海马CA1区DND的影响。结果表明:沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎10分钟再灌4天模型,与对照组相比,银杏叶制剂明显增加海马CA1区存活神经元数,分别为38.50±16.31/mm和133.13±20.99/mm(P<0.01),与Nimodipine组(182±67/mm)结呆相近(P>0.05)。提示:银杏叶制剂能明显对沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血后海马CA1区DND有保护作用。 To observe the effect of platelet activating fortor (PAF) receptor antagonist flolium ginkgo pharmacecs (FGP) on delayed neuronal death (DND) in hippocampus CA1 sector neurons, by using transient brain ischemia mode in gerbils. The results indicated that, by bilateral occlusion of carotid artories for 10 min ischemia followed by 4 day's reperfusion, the neuronal survival in hippocampus CA1 asctor increased significantly by FGP treatment group (133. 13 ± 20.99/mm),compared with control group (38. 5 ±16. 31/mm), P < 0.01. Protection was nonsignificant for FGP or Nimodipine group (182 ±67/mm), P > 0.0 5. It was suggested that FGP play an important role in the development of DND after transient brain ischemia in gerbile, andhave obvious protective effects on DND in hippocampus.
