高液限红粘土路堤碾压工艺试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 碳酸岩风化形成的高液限红粘土具有天然含水率高、孔隙比大及结构性强等特点,施工时要达到规范要求的压实度较为困难.为此,依托湖南省洞新高速公路的建设,对红粘土填料的含水率、碾压机械和松铺厚度等多种工况组合下的现场碾压进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,使用凸块振动碾碾压3~5遍、松铺厚度控制在25~30 cm及土体含水率控制在大于最佳含水率(3%~6%)时,现场碾压效果较好,可为高液限红粘土路堤的碾压工艺提供借鉴. Because the red-clay with high liquid limit from the weathering carbonatite has the properties,such as high natural moisture content,large void ratio and strong structural property,etc.,it is more difficult to meet the compactness requirements of specifications in construction.For this reason,relying on the construction of Dong-xin Expressway in Hunan Province,the experimental study of field roller compaction for the red-clay filler was carried out under the multiple combinations of working condition including moisture contents,roller machines and loose laying depths,etc.The experimental results show that the field effects of roller compaction are better by using the bumping vibration roller compactions for 3~5 times,controlling the loose laying depth for 25~30 cm and controlling the soil moisture contents for the range of 3%~6% more than the optimum moisture content.Therefore,the results can provide the references for the roller compacted process of red-clay embankment with high liquid limit.
