摘要
对于小过盈量配合和过渡配合产品的装配,大部分企业采用的方法是人工敲打的方式.使用可自动控制的气动振动器来代替人工敲打进行装配,从而设计了一种装配用的气动振动器,并对装配用振动器的设计方法做了详细的阐述和说明,并进行了动力学了分析和计算,最后使用仿真软件对计算结果进行仿真,达到了设计的预期目的.
Artificial beat was applied to the assembly of products between small interference fit and transition fit in most companies traditionally.But In this paper,we provide the use of automatic control pneumatic vibrator instead of artificial beat thus design a kind of assembly with a pneumatic vibrator.This paper makes a detailed description and explanation on the assembly with a pneumatic vibrator meanwhile finishes dynamics analysis and calculation.At last the whole system is simulated and shows that the desired functions and performances are achieved.
