摘要
失眠症是老年人最常见的睡眠障碍,可致老年人生活质量下降。新型催眠药物较传统药物有更好的安全性和耐受性,应为老年性失眠症患者首选。本文综述老年人睡眠障碍特点,并重点介绍老年性失眠症的药物治疗进展。
Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder in senior citizens, which leads to decline the quality of life. To the patients with senile insomnia, the new hypnotic drugs are safer and more tolerable than traditional medicines. This review describes the characteristics of sleep disorder in senior citizens, especially the advance in drug thearpy for senile insomnia.
