摘要
支气管哮喘是由多种细胞、细胞因子和炎症介质引起的以呼吸道高反应性为特征的慢性炎症性疾病。气道上皮可能成为有价值的哮喘治疗靶标,本文综述气道上皮在哮喘发生发展中的作用及相关机制研究进展。
Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways involved in many cells and cellular elements. Airway epithelium may be valuable therapeutic target in the treatment of asthma. This review describes the research progress of airway epithelium in asthma.
