Dimensional Precision Control of Pre-plating Thread

螺纹作为最重要的机械紧固件,其表面大多采用电镀层来进行防腐和装饰,而镀锌是最为普遍的电镀方式,控制好螺纹电镀前的尺寸是镀后尺寸合格的根本保证,也是许多螺纹加工企业的一大难题。本文就多年来螺纹产品电镀前尺寸精度控制的方法加以归纳和总结。

Thread is the most important fastener,and widely used in mechanical system.In many applications,thread will be coated with zinc plating for improving corrosion resistance or making aesthetic.In order to make dimensions of the plated thread qualified,the pre-plating dimensional control is a key process,but how to do this work well is bothering many manufacturers.In this paper,approaches used for controlling the pre-plating thread dimensional precision were discussed and studied.
