摘要
为进一步提高传统单相光伏逆变器的转换效率,给出了一种复合型的高效单相光伏逆变器设计方案。在传统单相光伏逆变器的基础上,该逆变器采用全桥结构,在开关器件的选取和控制策略的选择上,选用IGBT的50 Hz低频臂和选用MOSFET的高频臂,在基频PWM和单极性SPWM的复合控制下,不但可以发挥器件各自的最优性能,可靠输出正弦波,还可以降低一对桥臂的开关损耗,进而提高逆变效率。PSIM软件仿真结果表明改进后的单相光伏逆变器的信号能够可靠输出,而且效率得到了提高。
To further enhance the traditional single-phase PV inverter efficiency,a kind of full-bridge structure of compound type high efficiency single-phase photovoltaic inverter was proposed for design.The inverter adopts full bridge structure,which was improved on the switching element and the control strategy.The choice of the IGBT of low frequency arm of 50 Hz,and the choice of MOSFET high-frequency arm were all made in base frequency PWM and a single polarity SPWM under the compound-control,which can not only play to their best performance and reliable output sine wave,but also can reduce a pair of bridge arms switching losses and improve inverter efficiency.The simulation result of the PSIM software verifies that the improved single-phase photovoltaic inverter has reliable output signal and has also got a substantial increase in its efficiency.
