摘要
根据KND100M数控系统的特点,利用数控编程软件UG/POST进行专用后置处理器的设计,成功通过了模拟仿真软件的验证,并且经过数控机床KXK7250进行加工符合要求。同时这种方法也适合于开发其它数控系统的后处理文件,在实际生产中得到广泛应用。
According to the Beijing KND100M numerical control system together with its features,the application of UG/POST and NC programming software was made to have developed the design of special-processor.This design was successfully passed through verification of simulation software and satisfied procession requrement performed by KXK7250 milling.This method is suitable for developing any other post-proccssors and to the effect that it was widely used in practical production.
