摘要
"内隐学习"是认知心理学领域的最新研究成果,指个体在不知不觉中无意识地获得知识经验,是一种全新的学习方式革命。内隐学习有助于个体品德各要素知、情、意、行的辩证统一,应进一步探究内隐学习在德育中的运行机制,并从德育主体-教师、德育客体-学生、德育隐性资源-潜课程、德育途径-网络等四个维度进行阐述,以发挥德育的"内隐效果",提高德育的实效性。
Implicit learning is a new finding in psychological research,which means that individual can acquire knowledge experience unconsciously.Implicit learning is a completely new way of learning.It can contribute to unite cognition with feeling,volition and behavior dialectically.Analyzing from the angles of teachers,students,hidden circumlunar and network,this paper elaborates operation mechanism of implicit learning in moral education to give full play of the implicit learning function and improve the level of moral education effectively.
