摘要
目前,我国酒店员工流失率一直保持着较高的水平,而且近年来这种现象越来越突出。通过分析酒店员工流失的现状原因,针对性提出行之有效的对策:即作适度的引导,健全酒店业保障体系,树立先进酒店文化,提高员工自身价值,建立切实可行的薪酬体系以及树立良好的职业道德。
At present,the hotel staff turnover has maintained a high level,and this phenomenon has become increasingly prominent in recent years.Through the analysis of the present situation and reasons of hotel staff loss,the paper puts forward effective measures: namely,make appropriate guidance,perfect hotel security system,set up the hotel culture,improve staff's own value,establish feasible salary system and build good professional ethics.
