贵州城镇化进程中的小城镇发展问题研究

Small Town Development in the Path of Urbanization

2009年贵州城镇化率为29.9%,落后全国平均水平10多年。研究表明,贵州省小城镇发展中出现的如建设水平不高、集聚功能不强、人居环境欠佳、产业结构不合理、工业化程度低等问题都是影响贵州城镇化水平的重要因素。因此,在厘清问题发生机理的基础上,提出要树立经营城镇的理念、降低农民进城门槛等方面的对策措施就具有重要意义。

The urbanization rate of Guizhou in 2009 is 29.9%,which is far below the national average level.Researches show that the overall urbanization level of Guizhou is affected by the negative factors in its small town development,such as the low construction level,the weak function of agglomeration,the poor living environment,the irrational industry construction as well as the low industrialization degree.To solve the above problems,it is important to establish the idea of town management and to reduce the threshold for rural population to work in the city.
