氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛的疗效

Effects of flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the threatment of angina on the neoadjuvant therapy PCI postoperation

目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后心绞痛的疗效。方法将60例PCI术后心绞痛患者,随机分为氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片组和对照组,其中对照组30例,给予心绞痛常规药物治疗;氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片组30例,在常规药物治疗的基础上,加服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,早、午各1片,共4周;在治疗前后,分别评定2组心绞痛分级及动态心电图缺血总负荷时间。结果氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片组的心绞痛分级以及动态心电图缺血总负荷时间均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合常规药物治疗,可明显改善PCI术后心绞痛症状。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets neoadiuvant therapy percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） postoperation on angina.Methods Sixty angina patients with PCI postoperation were divided into flupentixol and melitracen tablets group and controlled group randomly,the controlled group including 30 cases was given routine therapy,the flupentixol and melitracen tablets group including 30 cases was given flupentixol and melitracen tablets early,afternoon each piece,total 4 weeks,on the basis of routine therapy.Two groups in before and after treatment were assessed angina grade and total ischemia load time of dynamic electrocardiogram.Results Angina grade and total ischemia load time of dynamic electrocardiogram in flupentixol and melitracen tablets group are obviously improved（P0.05）.Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen tablets combining conventional treatments could evidently improve PCI postoperative angina symptoms.
