摘要 文章基于某传统城市客车进行了混合动力城市客车动力系统设计和参数匹配,运用CRUISE分析软件进行了整车建模仿真,最后进行样车试验;结果表明动力系统设计和参数匹配能够满足设计要求,与原车型相比,百公里油耗降低了29.3%,最高车速提高了2.6%,0-50 km/h连续换挡加速时间减少了8.2%,最大爬坡度提高了6.9%,达到了预期开发目标。 The power system of hybrid electric bus(HEB) is designed and parametric matching is made based on a traditional city bus.The simulation model of a hybrid electric bus is built via CRUISE and the prototype is tested.The results show that the parametric matching is good and the simulation model is suitable.Compared with original vehicle,the designed prarallel HEB has a reduction in gasoline consumption within 100 km by 29.3%,the maximum speed is raised by 2.6%,the acceleration time within 0-50 km/h is reduced by 8.2% and the maximum climbing degree is raised by 6.9 %.The desired development objective is reached.
