摘要
文章考虑了基于回收价格的再制造逆向物流系统,将传统的库存模型和回收定价问题相结合,利用回收价格控制回收率,实现回收品的再制造;建立了2个数学模型,模型1假设制造商在一个周期内只启动1次新产品的生产和回收品的再制造,模型2是模型1的推广,假设制造商在一个周期内将多次启动新产品的生产和回收品的再制造;为了实现成本的最小化,利用搜索算法和优化理论决策最优的生产策略和回收价格。
This paper studies a remanufacturing system of reverse logistics based on recovery price.It takes into account the traditional inventory model and recovery pricing problem,and assumes that the manufacturer will take advantage of recovery prices to control recovery rate and remanufacture the recovery items.Two mathematic models are built in the paper.It is supposed in Model One that the manufacturer operates once for the production and remanufacture within a period.Model Two generalizes Model One and assumes several times for the production and remanufacture within a period.By using the search algorithm and optimization theory,the optimal operation strategies and recovery prices are obtained to minimize the total cost.
