环渤海区域产业集群效应与重构路径

A Research on the Effects and Restructuring of Industry Clusters around Bohai Sea

产业集群对区域产业发展具有集聚资源加快经济增长、知识溢出增强创新能力、加强产业协同提高竞争优势、衍生孵化转变经济发展方式等效应。环渤海区域产业集群发展较快,但在规模、结构、布局等方面不适应区域产业合作的要求。推进区域产业合作进程,关键在于利用滨海新区产业升级的机遇,重构区域产业集群,夯实区域产业合作的基石,提高区竞争优势,为此,应从政府、行业、企业中寻求有效途径。

Industry clusters has the booming effects for the regional industries development,including gathering resources for the growth of economy,radiating intelligence and knowledge for the escalating of capacity of innovation,heightening the competitive advantage through integration of industries and establishing and improving the way of development of economy.Although the regional industry clusters around Bohai Sea is developing rapidly,they still can＇t meet the demands of the regional industry collaborations in many facets,such as scale,structure and layout.The keys of boosting cooperation of regional industries are to restructure the regional industry clusters and strengthen the basis of regional industry cooperation with the opportunity of the upgrading of industries in the Binhai New Area.Therefore,the effective ways should be studied and found through medium and micro perspectives of government,industries and enterprises.
