摘要
目的研究整体护理对髋关节置换围手术期并发下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响。方法对本院外一科2008-01—2009-08行髋关节置换术患者80例实施整体护理。观察术后发生DVT情况。结果本组80例,围手术期无1例发生DVT、肺动脉栓塞(PE)。结论对髋关节置换患者采取整体护理的方法能够显著减少DVT,是改善预后、减少并发症发生的有效措施。
Objective To investigate effect of holistic nursing on deep venous thrombosis（DVT） of lower limb induced by hip replacement of perioperative.Methods 80 hospitalized patients to replace hip were given holistic nursing.The development of postoperative DVT was observed.Results There was no one case with postoperative DVT and pulmonary embolism in 80 cases.Conclusion Holistic nursing can obviously reduce DVT induced by hip replacement,and it is effective measures for improving prognosis and reducing complication.
