试论党内法规部门

On the Inner-Party Statutory Departments in CPC

党内法规部门就是对现行的党内法规按照所调整的党内法规关系的不同,以及与之相适应的调整方法的不同所作的分类,把同类的法规规范称为一个法规部门。党内法规部门是依据一定的标准和原则对中国共产党颁布的现行的所有党内法规进行分类而由同类党内法规规范所组成的整体。

The inner-party statutory departments in the Communist Party of China（CPC）are classified according to different inner-Party statutes and statutory relations.The basis for this classification is the inner-Party statutory category,i.e.the same and similar inner-Party statutes issued by CPC are sorted into one category and it is regulated by one particular department.All the inner-party statutory departments are integrated into a whole.
