压力容器受压元件荧光水洗渗透检测研究

摘要 为了发现非铁磁性材料的压力容器受压元件表面缺陷,以不锈钢法兰开裂的检测为例,介绍如何选择合适的表面检测方法,介绍荧光水洗渗透检测过程,并附图详细介绍实际检测中应注意的各要点,包括水洗时的注意事项,选择和使用非千粉的溶剂悬浮显像剂时的注意事项,使用黑先灯的注意事项,确定观察时机的注意事项,辨别相关显示和非相关显示的注意事项等,准确发现了非铁磁性材料表面缺陷。通过追加金相检验,该渗透检测发现的缺陷失效原因为晶间腐蚀。 In order to find out the surface defects of non--ferromagnetic materials, take the test for cracking of stainless steel as example,introduce how to choose the suitable surface inspection method, introduce the detecting process of penetrant test for fluorescent wash,and also enclosed the details which introduce the main points that should be paid attention to, including points for attention of washing, selecting and using the non--powder solvent suspension imaging agent, using black light lamp, determining the most suitable time for observation, distinguishing the relevant and non--relevant display and so on, precisely find out the surface defects of non--ferromagnetic materials. With the supplement of the metallographic examination, finding out the intergranular corrosion should be the failure cause for stainless steel flanges.
