论16V265H型柴油机机体铸造工艺及改进

摘要 16V265H型柴油机是我公司引进美国EMD公司的新型柴油机。机体铸件是一个满足最大强度和刚度设计的整体铸造件,用来安装曲轴、凸轮轴、动力组和其他安装在柴油机上的部件,内部有主机油道和冷却水通道。由于结构复杂,机加工尺寸和形状精度很高,试制过程中存在很多难点问题。通过本文,介绍研制过程中,使用机体八箱劈模铸造工艺;CAD/CAM技术进行模具设计与制作;MAGMA软件铸造模拟等新方法、新工艺,解决工艺设计和生产过程中出现的问题。 16V265H type diesel engine is a new type of engine which is introduced from EMD company US. The casting engine block is an integral casting part which should achieve the high strength and rigidity of design, that the crankshaft, camshaft, power pack and other parts were installed in the engine, the casting parts should include the installation seat. There are main lube oil passages and cooling water passages inside the engine. For the complex structure and high precision of the dimension and figure, there are many difficulties during the trial manufacture. The article introduces the new method and process to settle out the trouble of the manufacture process.
