摘要
课程建设是提高高校教育质量的重要举措之一。为提高教学质量,从教学内容、师资队伍、教学方法和手段、考核方法、教材等方面对《淀粉深加工技术》的课程建设进行一些有益研究与探讨,为该课程教学改革提供了新思路。
Construction of curriculum is one important measure for improving the quality of higher education.To improve the quality of teaching,from teaching content,teaching staff,eaching methods,teaching means,assessment methods,teaching materials and so on sides,the construction of Starch Processing Technology curriculum are useful studied,and provides some new ideas for teaching reform.
