摘要
采用高岭土、氢氧化铝和碳酸钙等为主要原料,通过原位生长法制备了钙长石/莫来石复合材料。研究了烧结温度以及钙长石/莫来石质量比对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:当烧结温度为1 400~1 420℃,钙长石/莫来石质量比为30:70时,所制复合材料的抗折强度达到128.9~151.7 MPa。该复合材料与低介玻璃粉末复合制备出了力学强度高和介电性能较优的玻璃/陶瓷复合材料,可望用于低温共烧陶瓷基片材料。
Anorthite /mullite composites were prepared by the in-situ growth method using the main materials such as kaolin,aluminum hydroxide and calcium carbonate.Effects of the sintering temperature and anorthite/mullite mass ratio on the properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the highest flexural strength of the composites are 128.9-151.7 MPa,when the mass ratio of anorthite/mullite is 30:70 and the composites are sintered at 1 400-1 420 ℃.The in-situ growth prepared anorthite/mullite ceramic-glass composites exhibit better dielectric properties and higher flexural strength,which could be applied for the low temperature co-fired ceramic substrate materials.
