摘要
从传统的Salisbury屏结构出发,设计了一种由半圆和三角图形组合而成的频率选择表面(FSS)单元,随后将PIN二极管与FSS图形相结合,制得了一种AFSS吸波结构体。利用电抗加载方式对该结构体进行了仿真,并在微波暗室下对实物进行了测试。结果表明:测试结果和仿真结果变化趋势相似。在2~8 GHz内,结构体吸收峰从–4 dB到–16 dB动态可调;而在8~18 GHz内,–8 dB以下的结构体吸波带宽从1 GHz到5 GHz动态可调。
A kind of frequency selective surface(FSS) element consisting of semicircle and triangle was designed based on the Salisbury screen,and a kind of microwave absorber using an active frequency selective surface(AFSS) was then designed and fabricated by incorporating PIN diodes into the FSS element.The microwave absorbing behavior of the absorber was simulated under reactive loading and measured in a microwave anechoic chamber.The results show that: the calculated values and the measured values are similar;The absorbing peak of the absorber is dynamically tunable from –4 to –16 dB in the range of 2-8 GHz,while the bandwidth below –8 dB is dynamically tunable form 1 GHz to 5 GHz in the range of 8-18 GHz.
