基于伦理关注的高校思想政治教育实效性研究

A Research on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education based on Ethical Concerns

高校思想政治教育的实效性依赖于对学生个性发展的认识和关注,促进学生全面健康发展是高校思想政治教育的最终目的,本文通过对目前高校思想政治教育现状的分析,指出高校思想政治教育应适应新时代的要求,从关注人性需求的伦理角度出发更多体现尊重个性、人性,在伦理关注的基础上探寻有效的思想政治教育新思路、新方法。

Effectiveness of ideological and political education depends on the personality development of awareness and concern of student.To promote the healthy development of students is the ultimate goal of ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the current status of ideological and political education and points out that ideological political educators should adapt to the new requirements of the times and reflect more respect for individuality and humanity from the ethical concerns of human needs and explore new ideas and methods of effective ideological and political education on the basis of the ethical concerns.
