教学自主权是教师作为专业人员,履行教育教学职责而必须具备的基本权利之一。其能否得到保障关系到教师的自身发展、学生的成长和教育事业能否顺利进行。本文解释了教学自主权的概念,并分析了教师教学自主权存在的必然性和教师教学自主权的特征,以彰显教师教学自主权的重要性,并希望引起教师和教育部门的重视。

As a professional,it is necessary for teachers to possess the right of self-determination teaching,one of the basic rights,for performing the responsibility of teaching.Whether it can come true or not concerns the self-development of the teachers,the healthy growth of the students,the successful proceeding of education undertaking.In order to emphasize the importance of it and give rise to the value of the education department and teachers,this article explains the conception of the right of self-determination teaching,and analyses the necessity and the distinguishing feature of it.
