基于顾客满意的我国汽车售后服务模式研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文在讨论汽车售后服务对顾客满意度影响因素的基础上,分析了现有汽车生产企业售后服务的五种主要模式的优缺点,探讨了可供汽车生产企业选择的"售后服务品牌化"、"CI化"和"汽车俱乐部制"这三种售后服务创新模式,以供汽车生产企业借鉴。
