妊娠期妇女心理健康相关危险因素分析

Analysis On Psychological Health Related Risk Factors Of Gestational Women In Ma'anshan City

目的对正常妊娠期妇女进行心理状况调查,分析影响其心理健康的危险因素,提出相应对策。方法采用自编量表,对379例妊娠期妇女通过自行填写或由调查员一对一问卷的方式进行统计分析,采用logistic回归分析影响妊娠期心理健康的相关危险因素。结果妊娠期妇女心理健康问题与孕周、孕妇吸烟、居住环境、自然流产史、受孕计划性、与公婆关系、妊娠合并症或并发症等因素有明显相关性。结论关注妊娠期妇女的心理健康状况,指导并帮助其排除影响心理健康的危险因素,可以为孕妇顺利度过妊娠期创造良好的氛围。

Objective To analyze the risk factors affecting psychological health of pregnant women through investigating the psychological status of them,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods 379 gestational women were investigated using the standard self-made survey table through filling themselves or adopting one-to-one questionnaire-investigation,and Logistic Regression Analysis was used to analyze the risk factors affecting their psychological health through collected 379 tables.Results ： Psychological health of gestational women was found to be significantly associated with weeks of pregnancy,smoking,living conditions,the history of spontaneous abortion,planning of being impregnated,relationship between the father-in-law or the mother-in-law,prenatal bleeding and other complications,and so on.Conclusion A good atmosphere for living through gestational period successfully could be created by Paying close attention to the psychological status of them,guiding and helping them avoid the related risk factors.
