High-tech industry is the fundamental forces to promote industrial structure upgrading and industrial space expansion of a country or area.On the basis of analysis on the developing advantages and the existed problems of Tianjin high-tech industry,this paper puts forward the general ideas,development principles,strategic choice and countermeasures of Tianjin high-tech industry development.
