玻璃体切割术联合眼内异物取出术治疗眼内异物22例疗效观察

对行玻璃体切割术（下称玻切术）联合眼内异物取出术２２例（２３眼）和后径取出术取出异物２５例（２５眼）患者的疗效和并发症进行了比较。结果显示，两组眼内异物取出率均为１００％；术后视力为玻切术组提高或保持不变１８眼（占７８．２６％），后径取出术组提高或保持不变１２眼（占４８％）；两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。术后并发症为玻切术组玻璃体出血１眼，视网膜脱离２眼；后径取出术组玻璃体出血１０眼，视网膜脱离１２眼；两组比较有高度显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。因此认为，玻切术联合眼内异物取出术效果好，并发症少。
