摘要
某砌体结构住宅楼建于上世纪90年代,受相关单位委托,对该住宅楼的抗震性能进行鉴定。本文根据《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB50023-2009)对该建筑物进行了检测与抗震鉴定,并给出相关加固与维修建议。本文可供同类工程参考。
Some masonry structure apartment building was built on the 90 ＇s of last century, deliver to some organizations care, to appraise the seismic function of this apartment building. This project have a detection and seismic appraisal to this build- ing according to the 〈 Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings 〉 GB 50023 - 2009, and give out the reinforcement suggestion. This project can give reference to similar engineering.
