胚胎脊髓移植联合应用神经生长因子、尼莫地平对成鼠损伤脊髓功能的影响

摘要 目的:研究胚胎脊髓移植联合应用神经生长因子(NGF)及尼莫地平(ND)对脊髓损伤的修复作用。方法:72只大鼠半切洞脊髓损伤后,随机分为单纯胚胎脊髓移植组,移植+NGF组,移植+NGF+ND组,并观察了脊髓血流量(SCBF),运动诱发电位(MEP)及行为学变化。结果:NGF与ND可明显增加损伤移植部位的血流量,缩短MEP潜伏期,且显著提高后肢运动功能的Tarlov评分。结论;胚胎脊髓移植与NGF、ND联用,可促进大鼠损损伤脊髓功能恢复。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of fetal spinal cord transplantation (FSCT),nerve growth factor (NGF) and nimodipine (ND) on the functional recovery of injured spinal cord. Methods:72 rats were inflicted with hemisectional cavitational injury of the spinal cord and the rats were divided into 2groups; transplantation+NGF (TN) and transplantation+NFG+ND treated (TNN) groups. Spinal cordblood flow (SCBF), motor evoked potential (MEP) and the functions of the hind limbs were observed.Results: NGF and ND could increase SCBF, shorten the latency of MEP and improve the Tarlov score of thefunctions of the hind limbs. Conclusion: FSCT in association with NGP and ND can promote the recovery ofthe motor functions of the rats with hemisectional cavitational injury of the spinal cord.
