摘要
目的探讨血液分析仪白细胞不分类的影响因素及处理方法。方法对白细胞不分类的标本做胆红素含量测定;对不分类标本用稀释液稀释后再用仪器检测并测定稀释前后红细胞渗透脆性;选取40份标本制片染色进行显微镜白细胞分类并将结果与稀释后标本的仪器法白细胞分类结果分别进行统计分析。结果红细胞渗透脆性降低、红细胞碎片及低温度等多方因素共同作用出现白细胞不分类的现象;稀释法仪器白细胞分类结果与显微镜手工法白细胞分类结果的差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论影响白细胞不分类的因素是多样的;对不分类标本用稀释法(用稀释液1:1稀释后再作仪器分析)可得到分类数据;手工法与稀释法对白细胞分类影响无显著性差异,可用稀释法代替手工法分类白细胞。
Objective To explore the influencing factors induced Backman Counter declassification of white cell and the measures to manage it.Methods The declassification white cell specimens were determined for bilirubin;dilute the declassification specimens with diluent then mensurate its erythrocyte osmotic fragility before and after dilution;select 40 such specimens to be stained and undergoing white cell classification under microscope,then compare the outcomes with that derived from diluted specimen determined by blood counter and make statistic analysis.Results Erythrocyte osmotic fragility was reduced.Interaction of red blood cell debris and low temperature and various factors induced the phenomenon of white cell declassification.The outcomes of white cell classification under microscope and out comes from diluted specimen determined by blood counter has not significant difference(p0.05).Conclusion Classification of white blood cells can be affected by various factors;by means of dilution,classify data can derived from declassification specimen(diluted 1:1 by diluents,then determined with instrument);manual method and the dilution effect on the WBC has no significant difference,so dilution method can be used instead of manual classification of white blood cells.
