摘要
目的:探讨治疗Meniere病合理有效的新方法。方法:对42只家鸽水平半规管在不同低温、时间剂量作用下的形态和功能改变进行了观察,并选用适宜的温度、时间剂量对6例Meniere病患者进行了临床应用观察。结果:在-70℃12min、-90℃6min和9min显示冷冻处外淋巴间隙纤维组织轻度增生,选择性的半规管功能降低;6例患者经1年4个月至2年5个月随访,5例治疗成功,眩晕消失,1例耳鸣有缓解,4例听力无变化,1例听力下降18dB。结论:应用本术既可控制眩晕,又可保存听力。
Objective: To explore a new method for treatment of Meniere's disease. Methods: The morphological and functional changes of the semicircular canal in 42 pigeons under various low temperature at different time phases of exposure were observed, and 6 cases of Meniere's disease were treated by suitable temperature and time phase of exposure- Results: Pigeons exposed to -7O 'C for l2 min and -90 ℃ for 6 minand 9 min showed slight proliferation of fibrous connective tissue in the perilymphatic space at the site ofcryosurgery and presented a selective decrease of the semicircular canal functions. After follow up for 1 yearand 4 months to 2 years and 5 months, among the 6 cases treated, vertigo relief and hearing preservationwere found in 5 cases. Conclusion: Prospective studies showed that vertigo was controlled and hearing waspreserved with this surgical procedure to treat Meniere's disease.
