细化入院办理指引 提高病人满意度 被引量:2

CAREFUL GUIDING OF ADMISSION TRANSACTION TO ELEVATE THE DEGREE OF PATIENT'S SATISFACTION

摘要 目的探讨提高患者在办理入院的过程中满意度的护理管理方法。方法分析影响病人满意度的因素,制定办理入院手续操作指引。结果护士办理入院手续质量和病人满意度得到提高(52.5%升至85.7%)。结论制定并实施细化工作指引,能有效提高住院处工作质量,提高病人的满意度。
