颌下经皮电刺激对OSAS舌后咽狭窄影响的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨颌下经皮电刺激对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)音后咽狭窄平面的影响。方法:应用颌下电刺激对9例符合多导睡眠图诊断及纤维喉镜下做Muller’s动作判定为舌后咽狭窄的OSAS患者,在不同睡眠夜进行电刺激及未刺激治疗效果对照研究。结果:舌后咽平面狭窄或阻塞,所测呼吸暂停指数明显下降(P<0.05),最低血氧饱和度指标显著提高(P<0.005),临床症状改善;影响睡眠的指标无升高。结论:颌下电刺激对OSAS有效,这可能是因刺激颏舌肌使舌体向前运动扩大了舌后咽的结果。电刺激本身未影响睡眠。
