摘要
当前大学生就业难的原因,既有客观方面的,又有大学生自身的原因。本文通过调查数据分析了大学生在就业中主观因素不足,表现在自我认知存在偏差,功利主义倾向突出,诚信度缺乏和竞争意识不强等方面。作者在文中提出了高校应该注重思想方面的引导和加强就业方面的指导,大学生要提高自身的综合素质等建议。
Current university students get employed difficultly. The reason has both the objective aspect and university students own. This article analyzed the subjective factor of the university students to be insufficient in the employment through the cruising data. Universities should pay great attention to the guidance of the thought aspect and the instruction of the employment aspect. University students should also improve their own overall qualities.
