摘要
中国法制史是法学专业主干核心课程之一,然而中国法制史课程在教材体例、教学内容、教学方法等多方面存在着一些问题,使得学生们对此课程的学习兴趣低下,而案例教学法却可以避免这些问题。在中国法制史教学中引入案例教学法,可以激发学生的学习积极性和自觉性,提高学习效果。进行案例教学,关键在于案例库的建立和使用,以及案例教学的成绩评价和考核。
Chinese Legal History is one of law main courses, but there are some questions about its' teaching materials and teaching methods, which have made students uninterested in the course. On the other hand, case method can solve these questions. The application of case method for the teaching of the course can stimulate students' learning initiative and self awareness. For case method, it is a key to set up and apply case database and performance evaluation.
