抗结核胶囊佐治胸腰椎椎体结核的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effects on Tuberculosis of Thoracic and Lumbar Vertebrae Treated with Integrated Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的：观察中药“抗结核胶囊”治疗胸腰椎椎体结核的作用。方法：选择６０例患者，应用抗结核西药配合中药“抗结核胶囊”治疗４０例，并设立单纯西药对照组２０例。重点观察治疗前后的血沉、Ｘ线片的变化。并作疗效评定。结果：中西医结合组治愈率优于单纯西药对照组（Ｐ＜００５），尤其在平均治愈时间、降低血沉方面有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：中药“抗结核胶囊”合抗结核西药同用能提高治疗胸腰椎椎体结核的痊愈率，并有降低血沉功效。

Purpose:To observe the curative effects of a traditional Chinese patent medicine called Anti tuberculotic Capsule in treating tuberculosis of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae.Methods: 40 cases were treated with TCM Antituberculotic Capsule plus Western antituberculotic medicine, while 20 cases were treated with only Western antituberculotic medicine.The focus was laid on observing the change in blood sedimentation (BS)and X ray before and after the treatment. The therapeutic effects were also evaluated. Results: The curative ratio in the group treated with both Western and traditional Chinese antituberculotic medicine was superior to that in the control group ( P <0.05) and great differences existed in relieving symptoms and lowering BS between the two groups( P <0.01).Conclusions: The application of both Westen and traditional Chinese antituberculotic medicines can promote the cure rate of tuberculosis of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae and lower blood sedimentation.
