摘要
目的:研究黄杞总黄酮(TotalFlavoneofEngelhardtiaRoxburghianaTFER)的活血化瘀作用。方法:采用兔血浆复钙试验、大鼠体外血小板聚集和体内血栓形成方法、大鼠急性“血瘀”证血液流变学指标、高脂血症小鼠血脂含量和常压耐缺氧时间等,观察TFER的活血化瘀作用;用小鼠急性毒性试验,观察TFER的毒性情况。结果:TFER具有体外抗凝、抗血小板聚集和抗血栓形成作用;能降低血液粘度和血脂水平;延长耐缺氧时间。其急性毒性的最大耐受量为198g/kg结论:TFER具有较明显的活血化瘀作用,可为临床应用提供科学依据。
Purpose:To study the effects of the total flavone in Engelhardtia Roxburghiana (TFER) on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Methods: The effects of TFER on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis were observed through the test of calcium restoration in rabbit plasma;platelet aggregation outside the rat body and thrombus formation inside the rat body;index of blood rheology in acute blood stasis syndrome in rat; the blood lipid content in hyperlipemia mouse and hypoxia tolerance under the ordinary pressure.Besides,the toxicity of TFER was studied through the acute toxicity test from the mouse.Results:TFER indicated the role of anti coagulation in vitro,anti platelet aggregation and anti thrombus formation.Furthermore,it could lower blood viscosity and blood lipid level and prolong the duration for hyoxia tolerance.The maximum tolerance of TFER for acute toxicity was 19.8g/kg. Conclusions:The total flavone in Engelhardtia Roburghiana has significant clinical effects on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
