血清胱抑素C在老年糖尿病肾功能检查中的作用

The role of Cys-c in elderly diabetes renal check

目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-c)在老年糖尿病患者肾功能检查中的作用。方法:对100例老年糖尿病患者和80例同龄健康者做血清Cys-c检测,同时检测血肌酐(Sre)和血尿素氮(BUN),对检测结果进行分析比较。结果:两组Cys-c、Sre、BUN之间有统计学差异(P<0.01),在老年糖尿病组中,Cys-c的异常率为75%,Sre的异常率为25%,BUN的异常率为30%,Cys-c的异常率明显高于Sre、BUN。结论:Cys-c是判断肾功能损伤敏感的指标,在老年糖尿病患者肾功能检查中有重要意义。

Objective： To explore the role of Cys - C in elderly diabetes renal check. Methods： 100 cases of elderly patients with diabetes and 80 eases of age as a serum healthy person Cys- e tests,and detection serum ereatinine （Sre） and blood urea nitrogen （BUN） ,the detection results were analyzed and compared. Results：Two groups Cys -c ,Sre, BUN between statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ） ,old age in diabetics, Cys-c abnormal rate of 75% ,Sre the abnormal rate is 25% ,the abnormal rate is 30% BUN,the abnormal rate Cys - e significantly higher than Sre,BUN. Conclusion：Cys - e is judgment renal dysfunction sensitive indicators, in elderly patients with diabetes renal function tests to have the important meaning.
