米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血疗效观察

目的:观察米非司酮用于治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的疗效。方法:60例更年期功能性子宫出血患者口服米非司酮10mg,每日一次,每3个月复查肝功能、肾功能及盆腔B超检查。结果:米非司酮对卵巢功能的影响主要是抑制卵泡的发育和延迟排卵,对子宫内膜的作用主要是诱导月经和阻滞子宫内膜发育。米非司酮还对下丘脑-垂体-卵巢-子宫有可逆性抑制的作用。结论:小剂量米非司酮对更年期功能性子宫出血有较好疗效且无明显副作用。

Conclusion： So small doses of Mffepristone for treatment of menopa- usal dysfunctional uterine bleeding has a good effect and no obvious side effects.
