县 乡 村三级医疗卫生机构消毒效果分析

Analysis on the Disinfectant Conditions in Medical and Health Organizations of County,Township and Village Levels

为加强对全县各级医疗卫生机构消毒情况的管理，对全县58家各级医疗卫生机构进行消毒效果监测．共抽检各类样品517份，合格366份，合格率70．79％，其中县级合格率96．05％（146／152）；乡级合格率74．81％（101／135）；村级合格率51．74％（119/230），县、乡、村三级消毒合格率的差异有显著的统计学意义。为此，提出了巩固县级、抓好乡级、促进村级的改进意见，目的以提高消毒质量，切实防止医源性感染，保证医疗卫生的消毒安全，提高医疗服务水平．

In order to strengthen the administration of disinfectant conditions of medical andhealth organizations, we checked 58 organizations of county, township and village levels in ourcoUnty. A total of 517 samples of various kinds including room air, substance suffoas, hands ofInedical personnel and sterilized instruments were collected and tested, the qualified rate was 70.79%(366/517), of which the organhations of county level was 96.05% (146/152), of township level was74.81% (101/135) and of the village level was 51.74% (119/230), there were significant statistical diffeences among the organizations of different levels. Therefore, we proposed to take different measures to strove the disinfchnt conditions of these organhations, that were to consolidate the good conditions of the county level, to make effort to help those of the township level and to promote thoseof village level to change their current situation, thus to assure the safety of patients and practicallyprevent the infections through medical routes.
