全膝关节置换术后髌股关节不稳 被引量：4

摘要 全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty,TKA）能改善膝关节功能,是治疗各种晚期退行性骨关节疾病的标准手术方法。但是全膝关节置换术也有一些严重的并发症,如与髌股关节相关的术后并发症是非感染因素所致翻修的主要原因,因伸膝装置不平衡导致的髌骨轨迹不良是术后疼痛的主要原因。
