小切口白内障晶状体核层间水分离娩出加人工晶状体植入术

摘要 目的晶状体核层间水分离小切口娩出,避免或减少术后散光,达到良好的视力恢复。方法用钝头针插入晶状体核层间注水,使硬核周围的核壳层层分离,游离出硬核并将之溢出切口,完成碎核、娩核。结果经统计学检验,该方法与常规切口手术相比,术后视力恢复好,角膜散光小;采用该方法手术,角膜内皮损伤及前房反应明显减轻。结论本法是一种简便、安全、可靠的白内障小切口人工晶状体植入术式。 Objective To demonstrate that the parturition of fluid between lens nucleus layers through little incision can prevent and minimize postoperative astigmatism to achieve a good vision recovery. Method Water was syringed between lens nucleus layers to free the lens from its layers and extract it from the little incision,and fulfiled lens crush and liberation. Results Statistical tests showed that this method resulted in better postoperative vision recovery and weaker corneal astigmatism than conventional methods,and it did less damage to corneal endothelium and greatly decreased anterior chamber reaction. Conclusion This is a simple,safe and reliable method for cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation through little incision,which is worthy of popularization.
