The implications and implementations of smart grid in different countries

摘要智能电网已成为国内外未来电网的发展趋势之一。由于不同国家电力工业的发展现状与所面临的问题不同,所以它们对智能电网的理解和实施路线也不完全相同。重点分析了美国、欧洲、中国3个典型国家和地区智能电网的发展背景,总结了这些国家智能电网的内涵与目前开展的主要研究、实践活动,指出并探讨了多数国家建设智能电网需面临的共性技术问题。 In recent years,smart grid becomes the trend of future power systems at home and abroad.Present statuses of electric power industries are different in various countries,so understandings and development approaches for the smart grid are also different from one country to another.In this paper,among American,China and Europe,the backgrounds and implications of smart grids are analyzed,and the main activities are summarized.Besides,the common interested technologies of smart grids are explored.
