Study on CIRC:Its Background,Status Quo and Trends

创新驿站对于加快知识流动与扩散,建立和完善国家创新体系具有重要作用。中国创新驿站建设由地方发起,已从国家层面进行统筹、协调和推进,形成国家站点、区域站点和基层站点无缝对接的技术转移服务体系。基于中国创新驿站发展现状,以上海创新驿站建设为案例,预测中国创新驿站的发展趋势,并分析当前创新驿站存在的问题,提出对策建议。

Innovation Relay Center（IRC） is very important to accelerate speed of knowledge flowing and to perfect the national innovation system of China.From local government to central government,CIRC have formed seamless technology transfer system which include national,regional and grassroots IRC stations.The paper predicted the trend of CIRC based on the status quo of IRC and Shanghai case of IRC construction.The paper also analyzed the problems of CIRC and made some suggestions.
