摘要
权变理论要求企业必须不断地加强其本身的柔性以适应环境的变化。本文据此探究了企业IT系统柔性对创新绩效的影响。基于来自华东区三省一市240份有效问卷,从实证角度分析了它们的关系。结果表明,技术IT系统柔性和人力资源IT系统柔性均分别对创新绩效具有显著影响,而且研究还发现前者的影响小于后者。接着讨论了相关结果,最后提出了本文的局限性以及将来可能的研究方向。
Contingency theory requires the firms to strengthen their flexibility to meet the changing market.Based on the 240 valid samples,this paper empirically investigates the relationship between flexibility and innovative performance in IT system.And the results show that technical IT system flexibility and human IT system flexibility have a positive effect on the innovative performance respectively.And the effect of the former is smaller than that of the latter on the innovative performance.Finally limitations and future research directions are discussed.
