Study on Government Process Reengineering from a Knowledge System Perspective

摘要 知识是影响流程再造成败的关键因素。本文以SECI模型为基础,构建政府流程再造过程中的知识流动模型。通过区分显性知识和隐性知识,研究不同类型知识在政府中的流动及其优化。结合代表性案例讨论,验证了成功实施政府流程再造中的知识系统再造过程。 Knowledge is the key factor in process reengineering.A knowledge flow model for government process reengineering is employed based on an extended classic SECI model.The distinction between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge enables detailed analysis on the flow and promotion of knowledge in governments.This process reengineering on knowledge system dimension is verified by two typical successful case studies.
