摘要
目的:对螺旋藻免疫调节作用的机理进行研究。方法:采用竞争性蛋白结合分析法,研究螺旋藻多糖( Spirulina platensis polysaccharides,SPP) 对小鼠脾细胞中第二信使环腺苷酸(cAMP) 浓度的影响。结果:SPP可剂量依赖性引起小鼠脾细胞中cAMP浓度的升高。结论:SPP免疫调节作用的重要机制之一是对脾细胞中第二信使cAMP浓度的影响。关键词 螺旋藻多糖,环磷酸腺苷。
OBJECTIVE:To study the immunoregulatory action of Spirulina platensis polysaccharides (SPP).METHODS:The impact of SPP on splenocyte cAMP level as the second messenger in mice was in investigated.RESULTS:SPP could increase the cellular cAMP level in splenocyte dose dependently.CONCLUSIONS:The results showed that one of the most important immunoregulatory actions be to affect the cAMP level as the second messenger in spleuocytes.
